Anime Characters We’d Love To Spend Christmas With

Christmas is almost here! If you could spend the day with any anime character, who would you choose and why?

Here are our choices:

Hatake Kakashi

Naruto‘s Kakashi may not be an obvious choice when it comes to spending Christmas with someone, but he’s certainly an interesting one. Just imagine it; listening to Kakashi reading his favourite extracts from Make-out Paradise, while the Yule Log burns in the background – it would make for one heck of an enjoyable evening. And, with his Sharingan, he’d have a chance at seeing Santa as he visits in excess of 800 houses per second delivering presents.

Umaru Doma
Himouto! Umaru-chan

Let’s face it… Christmas day with Umaru would be fantastic! Imagine all the anime you would watch? All the games you would play?… All the snacks you would eat. Although, she’d probably expect you to buy all the food, so maybe start saving money a good few months in advance.

Rikka Takanashi
Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions

You’re almost guaranteed a great time if you’re in the company of someone who is a “Chunibyo”. Chunibyo is a colloquial term used in Japan, which translates as “Delusions of Grandeur”, or “Middle-school 2nd Year Syndrome”. So who better to Christmas it up with than Rikka, who has the most severe case of Chunibyo known to the world. It would certainly be a memorable day if she decides the Christmas tree is actually an alien from outer space that feeds on presents…

Yukihira Soma
Food Wars!

Soma would be the perfect Christmas day companion, he’s not only a fun person to have around… imagine his Christmas dinner?! Even better, invite all the Food Wars gang around and have them compete for the best Christmas dish!

Code Geass: Lelouch Of The Rebellion

Lelouch would be the perfect person to have by your side during Christmas. You could arrange the greatest Christmas party ever using his Geass to secure the finest food and drink, as well as “inviting” some famous singers over to provide the entertainment. Of course, if you feel like ruining Christmas for everybody, Lelouch could also use his abilities on Santa… the possibilities are endless.
