Top 5 Anime Characters To Spend Christmas With

Christmas is almost here! If you could spend the day with any anime character, who would you choose and why?

Here are our choices:

Hatake Kakashi
Naruto

Kakashi

Naruto‘s Kakashi may not be an obvious choice when it comes to spending Christmas with someone, but he’s certainly an interesting one. Just imagine it; listening to Kakashi reading his favourite extracts from Make-out Paradise, while the Yule Log burns in the background, it would make for a hell of an enjoyable evening. And, with his Sharingan, he’d have a chance at seeing Santa as he visits in excess of 800 houses per second delivering presents.

Kosaki Onodera
Nisekoi

Kosaki Onodera

We had to choose a character voiced by Kana Hanazawa, as experiencing her singing Christmas songs would be the highlight of the day. While Onodera may not be able to help with the actual cooking, she is adept at decorating so would really be of help making everything look festive. And there’s always the chance that she’d bring some of those exquisite looking sweets from her family’s shop to enjoy on Christmas day.

Rikka Takanashi
Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions

Rikka

You’re almost guaranteed a great time if you’re in the company of someone who is a “Chunibyo”. Chunibyo is a colloquial term used in Japan, which translates as “Delusions of Grandeur”, or “Middle-school 2nd Year Syndrome”. So who better to Christmas it up with than Rikka, who has the most severe case of Chunibyo known to the world. It would certainly be a memorable day if she decides the Christmas tree is actually an alien from outer space that feeds on presents…

Aladdin
Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic

Aladdin

Aladdin makes this list not only for his abilities as a Magi, though they would come in handy to help keep the festivities going. No, the reason for his inclusion is his capacity to have a good time and he is bound to be a fun companion – just ask Alibaba. Aladdin instantly takes a liking to any women sporting a huge pair of sweater puppies. There’s never a dull moment when Aladdin’s around and you never know when he may go “motor-boating”.

Lelouch
Code Geass: Lelouch Of The Rebellion

Lelouch

Lelouch would be the perfect person to have by your side during Christmas. You could arrange the greatest Christmas party ever using his Geass to secure the finest food and drink, as well as “inviting” some famous singers over to provide the entertainment. Of course, if you feel like ruining Christmas for everybody, Lelouch could also use his abilities on Santa… the possibilities are endless.
