The best shows to watch on Valentine’s Day!

That’s right – it’s that time of year again! Valentine’s Day is just round the corner and whether you’re spending it alone or with that special someone, we’ve got a selection of titles perfect for the occasion.

My Love Story (Oremonogatari)

This feel good show follows the gentle and loving Takeo Goda, whose hulking physique often intimates people. However, after an encounter with Rinko Yamato, his life is about to change forever. This adorable show is a wonderful Valentine’s Day watch!

Fruits Basket

When young Tohru discovers the Soma family’s very unique secret, life will never be the same again! Fruits Basket is a charming series, packed with interesting characters and a whole lot of love, making it the perfect show to enjoy on Valentine’s Day.

Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions!

One of our favourite couples have to be Yuta and Rikka, but unfortunately the latter suffers with chunibyo, where one believes they have special or hidden powers. Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions! is incredibly cute, but also explores some deep and mature themes making it a brilliant choice for Valentine’s Day.

My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU

If there was a series that personifies that falling in love can literally happen to anyone, then My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU would be it. Love isn’t always simple, and SNAFU really takes pleasure in playing on all the tropes of the various “dere” archetypes. This can make for some very entertaining viewing when served with a large helping of comedy.

High School DxD

Having focused on the cuter titles thus far, we thought the final entry should spice things up a bit. High School DxD follows the perverted hero, Issei and the red headed devil, Rias as they tackle strong foes and more! This action comedy gives you a little something different this Valentine’s Day. You can watch it RIGHT NOW on Funimation!
